Stay in one of a small number of private rooms, each with its own character.
Most rooms have a private bathroom. One room uses facilities on the same floor, and offers more space, a front-facing position on the first floor, and easy access to the kitchen. All rooms are set up for practical, independent living and come fully equipped, including bed linen, towels and basic essentials. Shared kitchens are fully equipped for simple meals, with cafés and restaurants just outside.
Life here is self-managed. Residents organise their own routines, yet someone comes in weekly to clean the shared areas and take care of practical matters, helping to keep the house in good order.

The ground floor offers a quiet, shared environment for focused work, meetings and day-to-day use.

- A reception area for meeting guests or spending time together
- A meeting room for calls or small sessions
- A changing space with toilets
- A 100 m² multi-purpose hall for workshops, small events or exhibitions (with its own entrance).
The house is centrally located, with everything within walking distance and excellent connections.
Private use / team stays
Casa do Corvo can also be made available for small teams or groups who wish to use the entire house for a limited period.
This may suit organisations, project teams or creative groups looking for a temporary base to live and work together in a focused and informal setting.
Location & Parking
Due to the central historic location, parking is limited.A public underground garage is available 2 minutes away (approx. €75/month, arranged individually).
Practical information
Monthly rate: €1350 – €1500 per room (single occupancy, including utilities and shared use of the house). Double occupancy may be possible on request (a small additional fee applies). Deposit: one month (refundable). Payment: monthly, in advance;
Stays: 1 to 6 months
For group stays or specific arrangements, terms can be discussed individually.
