🛏️ Living
Stay in one of a small number of private rooms, each with its own character.: Room 1 – Comfortable private room with shared bathroom facilities; Room 2 – Comfortable private room with private en-suite shower and toilet; Room 3 – Spacious private room with private en-suite shower and toilet; Room 4 – Attic studio – Spacious and quiet top-floor accommodation with private en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. All residents have access to the shared kitchen, living, working and social spaces of Casa do Corvo. The private rooms come fully equipped, including bed linen, towels and basic essentials. Shared kitchens are fully equipped for simple meals, with cafés and restaurants just outside.
Life here is self-managed. Residents organise their own routines, yet someone comes in weekly to clean the shared areas and take care of practical matters, helping to keep the house in good order. Monthly rates include water, electricity and normal household energy use. During the winter months, residents are kindly asked to use heating responsibly. Where energy consumption is significantly above normal household use, the additional cost may be charged separately, based on actual consumption. Any such adjustment will be discussed transparently with the resident.

The ground floor offers a quiet, shared environment for focused work, meetings and day-to-day use.
- Basic Wi-Fi throughout the building
- Quiet spaces suitable for concentrated work
- A reception area for meeting guests or spending time together
- A meeting room for calls or small sessions
- A changing space with toilets
- A 100 m² multi-purpose hall for workshops, small events or exhibitions (with its own entrance).
The house is centrally located, with everything within walking distance and excellent connections.
Private use / team stays
Casa do Corvo can also be made available for small teams or groups who wish to use the entire house for a limited period.
This may suit organisations, project teams or creative groups looking for a temporary base to live and work together in a focused and informal setting.
Location & Parking
Due to the central historic location, parking is limited.A public underground garage is available 2 minutes away (approx. €75/month, arranged individually).
Practical information
Monthly rate: €950–€1,100 per room, depending on the room and facilities. Rates are based on single occupancy and include utilities and shared use of the house.
Double occupancy: possible in selected rooms by prior agreement, with a small additional monthly charge.
Security deposit: equivalent to one month’s rent, refundable at the end of the stay provided the room and facilities are left in good order and there are no outstanding payments.
Payment: monthly, in advance.
Energy use: normal household energy use is included. In case of significantly above-normal consumption, particularly during the winter months, additional energy costs may be charged based on actual use and discussed transparently with the resident.
Length of stay: normally 1–6 months. Longer stays may be considered by agreement.
For group stays, exclusive use of the house or other specific arrangements, terms are discussed individually.
